Read the conditions of sale before bidding for a car. These are on display and available on request.

WARRANTIES
When the auctioneer is selling a vehicle you may hear the following descriptions:

a) MAIN AGENT/COMPANY DIRECT/NO GUARANTEE - these vehicles are sold as seen, with no mechanical warranty whatsoever.
b) GOOD MECHANICALLY -
No mechanical faults whatsoever with, Engine (including excessive noise), gearbox, clutch and steering.

For cars purchased during a Wednesday auction any warranty expires 1 hour after the sale. For cars purchased during a Friday auction any warranty expires at 10.00 am the following morning.

BUYERS.
Deposit - Minimum £200 cash deposit is payable on each purchase

Buyers Indemnity (per vehicle) - Is payable in addition to the sale price (all charges are subject to VAT).

£500 - £999:........£55
£1000 - £1999:.....£60
£2000 - £2999: ....£70
£5 per £1000 thereafter

Buyers Premium (per vehicle) - Is payable by non motor trade, proof of VAT Registration must be shown. (charges subject to VAT)

SELLERS.
When selling your car at an auction, bring the car along with the V5 (Registration book) if available, current M.O.T. Certificate (if applicable) and one of our experienced Auctioneers will provide an accurate valuation of your vehicle.

Selling Charge per vehicle (charges subject to VAT)
Commission .......7.5% of sale price (minimum £50)
Entry Fee ...........£30
Service Charge ...£10

When your vehicle is sold, all cheques are posted out within 3 working days.
